RSWeb+Video Streaming

RSWeb+ a suite of software and/or consulting services that maximizes the potential from VitalStream's video streaming by providing an SQL database to allow maximum flexibility in user authentication requirements, as well as, seamlessly integrating your web content and shopping cart, into one cohesive website.

By seamlessly integrating web content, shopping cart, video streaming, and user authentication into one website, your customers benefit by staying in one location, with all aspects of their environment controlled by you while they're at your website (both before and after the sale.) When users are at your site they have a single "look and feel", are required to login only once, no matter whether they need to purchase or view videos or how many times they view them

Because RSWeb+ is a service it can be configured to do just about anything. If you can think of it, we can probably do it. 

We can provide three different levels of integration with your existing web sites:

1. If you already have a working shopping cart and just need to automatically configure video authentication services for each user, we can integrate our VitalStream Media Console Emulator to set up users and authentications on the fly.
   
2. If you already have a working shopping cart, but don't have a way to keep track of video streams, packages, users, and their authentication information, we can integrate our SQL based video management package into your shopping cart.
   
3. If you have just a web site but no shopping cart, then we can integrate our complete SQL based shopping cart solution with your web site, thus giving you complete control over customers, product, sales, credit card processing, video streaming, and authentication.

RSWeb+ uses the industry standard PERL language and is optimized for the Apache Web Server running on Linux or Unix. RSWeb+ also uses MySQL as the database of choice, but can use any SQL database software provided there is a PERL DBI (data base interface) driver available.
